Crown Estate Scotland’s INTOG program (Innovation and targeted oil and gas) has awarded the Bluefloat Energy / Renantis partnership exclusivity agreements for Sinclair and Scaraben floating wind projects in Scottish waters (areas 1 and 2 – 99 MW each). INTOG aims to attract investment in innovative offshore wind projects and help decarbonize North Sea operations.
The Semar / DOF Subsea UK partnership contributed to Bluefloat and Renantis’ applications by proposing Semar’s Honeymooring™ system as well as a comparative traditional mooring system.
